Penalty Kick:
AIG All Blacks vs. USA in USA:  According to the New Zealand Herald, the AIG New Zealand All Blacks could sign an agreement to play the USA in the USA this week. Location is still an issue as Chicago and Northeast locations like New York City, Philadelphia, and Washington DC are being discussed as options. Stay tuned for more news.

London Irish Buyout: It appears the London Irish will escape financial ruin. The club was bought by an Irish conglomeration this weekend. The group indicated their goal was to sign a couple of Irish internationals and bring the exile feeling back. Nick Hall will cover the specifics later in the week.

Pacific Cup: There has been talk of this new 10-team competition to happen in the spring, featuring the USA, Tonga and other tier 2 sides. At this time however, no particulars are being released.
