GLENDALE, CO: The Glendale Rugby Football Club is pleased to announce the hiring of Luke Gross as Director of Rugby Development.

Prior to joining the Glendale Rugby staff, Luke worked for several years with USA Rugby as the High-Performance Player Development Manager, coaching at USA Eagles and All-Americans camps and most recently served as Head Coach of the now-defunct Sacramento Express PRO Rugby team.

I’ve always admired the program at Glendale and am thrilled to be a part of it. The chance to work under Mark Bullock with one of the premier programs in the U.S. and so many opportunities to grow the organization was one I couldn’t turn down.Gross stated.

We are excited to have Luke join our staff as head of our men’s development program. Luke will serve to link our amateur and professional teams, developing players to move up into the professional arena and creating the professional mindset required for our D1 men to advance their individual growth. Luke will also oversee the growing U20 program and work with me to improve our development pathway from youth to professional elite rugby,” added Director of Rugby Mark Bullock.
