LOS ANGELES, CA – It seemed like it took forever to get here and now we’re already finished with three weekends of Major League Rugby. While we sprint toward Spring, some thermometers still scream Winter. The climes didn’t keep didn’t keep some sizzling rugby from being played, though, as teams search for their identities.
Rugby Football Club Los Angeles is one of those teams. MLR Weekly’s featured guest – Stephen Hoiles – happens to be their Director of Rugby and Head Coach. Hoiles chats with host Matt McCarthy about his squad’s fortunes, style and expectations, as well as candidly addressing his time with the previous pro team in Hollywood – the L.A. Giltinis.
