NFL Picks For Rugby Heads

Last week we went 2-1, which puts us at a sound 3-3 after the first two weeks. And, my Buffalo Bills won their first game of the season a season which will feature many more victories! But on to my NFL Picks For Rugby Heads...

Philadelphia Eagles (2-0) at Arizona Cardinals (2-0): This is a battle of the unbeatens and birds. The Cardinals are the feel good story of this short NFL season. They looked like a mess during the preseason and were the only team not to make a final decision on their starting quarterback by the end of training camp. The Eagles, meanwhile, are still looking for their statement game to demonstrate that they are the top dog in the NFC after two sloppy victories.
My Prediction: 31-14 Eagles

Denver QB Peyton Manning likes my NFL Picks.

Houston Texans (2-0) at Denver Broncos (1-1): Peyton Manning will not let the Broncos lose two straight. I don’t care how good Houston is. Manning will play lights-out this afternoon. Mark my words. Peyton Manning is one of the best quarterbacks to step on the field and after throwing three picks in 8 minutes Monday night I can almost guarantee he will do the opposite today. It’ll be a close one but Denver will come out on top at Mile High.
My Pedicition: 31-24 Broncos

New England Patriots (1-1) at Baltimore Ravens (1-1): I don’t think anybody would have thought that after Week 3 either the Patriots or Ravens would have a losing record. The Patriots have a tough task Sunday night going into Baltimore without one of their most dangerous weapons on offense after losing tight end Aaron Hernandez to a high ankle sprain in Week 2. Not only are the Pats without Hernandez, they aren’t using Wes Welker to his best abilities. Out of these two teams I see the Pats dropping to 1-2 after this week.
My Prediction: 28-21 Ravens
